炒粿條
炒粿條是檳城的一道代表性的美食,其實馬來同胞也有他們的炒法。
馬來同胞的炒粿條是有"湯汁",佐料方面是沒有分別,差別的是華人的是有"鍋氣"味,馬來同胞的加入了"湯汁"蛋香味把鍋氣味給蓋了。
