Normally the fried chicken hawker is own by Thai Muslim, so far is show 1 stall is own by Chinese, btw their taste is same.
My suggestion is must visit to those long Q, full with stock, normally those quality of fried chicken is more fresh.

Thai Style Fried Chicken /泰式炸雞
Thailand Style friend chicken, is something different compare with the chain store friend chicken, and normally Thai style fried chicken is easily get from the street at major town of North Thailand.
Normally the fried chicken hawker is own by Thai Muslim, so far is show 1 stall is own by Chinese, btw their taste is same.
