福建炒麵
在北馬,所謂的福建炒麵,就是普遍的黃油麵條,跟中馬的福建炒麵差別是在他的麵條,中馬的是用"大祿麵",大概是比黃油麵肥大五倍,口感比較鬆懈。
其實福建炒麵最重要的是要用豬油來炒才能逼出他的特色。
