Steam Fish / 蒸魚
蒸魚- 潮州式,酸辣,清蒸,泰式,我個人認為不管是甚麼蒸食法,每一種魚都有他的蒸法。
"明爐",是很接近泰式酸辣蒸法,明爐的最佳拍檔就是"石甲魚",因為石甲魚的肉可以完全吸收那酸辣的味道
